Today is going to feel like ancient history this time next year. Whether you just got engaged, planning the birth of your first child, or even your third. Time waits for no one. I want you to be able to look back on these moments and remember it for that it was. Messy, un- perfect, but full of love and life. Its the way you embrace your family for all that they are flaws included. It is the way they love you in return.

I never understood how fleeting time was until I became a mother. Now I see life as it passes through my daughters eyes

Parenthood is messy. Chances are if you've landed on this page you're in the trenches and can understand. I don't need to tell you how fast the time is going to go because you're living it. ( I see you momma scrolling through your phones camera roll once they close their eyes.) I am here however to tell you that your chaos is beautiful and worth capturing.

Small mundane things like the length of those baby lashes, tiny toes, and that newborn smell. Those are going to be part of the past before you know it. ( not me crying just writing this.)

A relaxed and fun environment for your family to open up and be themselves. I need nothing from you in return except for the promise that you will trust my process. Even if it feels like the kids are going crazy and you think I can’t be possibly getting any good images, let things unfold and trust that I am. I thrive in this kind of environment because I know that there is so much love, authenticity, and emotion hidden within the chaos. I only photograph these kinds of sessions at either sunrise or sunset when the light is the most golden.
